We take pride in our reputation for excellence and customer satisfaction. However, we understand that in rare cases, issues may arise with a purchase. To ensure fairness, we have outlined our refund policy below:

Refund Eligibility

  1. Refunds will only be issued if the product is found to be faulty due to a manufacturer’s defect or a fault not caused by the customer’s misuse, mishandling, or improper installation.

  2. To qualify for a refund, the product must be reported and returned within two (2) days of purchase.

  3. The product must be returned in its original condition, with all packaging, manuals, and accessories intact.

No Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued if the product has been with the customer for more than two (2) days.

  • Refunds will not apply to faults or damages caused by:

    • Incorrect installation

    • Mishandling or negligence

    • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Process

  1. Customers should contact our team immediately at 0243 132 893 / 0598 949 976 or visit our store at Opera Square, Accra to report any eligible issue.

  2. Once the product has been assessed and confirmed as faulty (not due to customer misuse), a refund will be processed.
