4. Refunds and Returns

  • Refunds are only available if:

    1. The product has a manufacturer’s defect not caused by the customer.

    2. The issue is reported and returned within two (2) days of purchase.

  • No refunds will be issued if the product has been with the customer for more than two days.

  • Warranty covers only manufacturing defects under normal use.
